Through this 2.5 Hour workshop you will have the opportunity to express your creative and authentic soul while you dive into a multi-sensory experience. Experience the magic world of plant dyeing while you create your own beautiful altar piece bringing together all your favorite plant allies and their healing properties.

✺ Plant Dye Exploration ✺
Lola will guide you through an enchanting plant dye experience using flowers, spices and herbs while explaining the powerful healing aspects of each plant.
As you connect with your intuition, you will feel into choosing the plants and hues that resonate with you to create your own beautiful one of a kind altar piece which you will take home to decorate your sacred space.
This will be a time to play, learn and listen to your inner voice as you consciously flow through the experience of creativity. Are you ready to connect with your child self ? Let’s be curious and playful together!
✺ Spirit of Cacao ✺
As we share the sacred medicine of Cacao, you are gently invited to drop into your heart space and tap into your wisdom. A human being has multiple layers; cacao eases us into accessing these by creating openness and expansion.
At the core of our being there is always love: this is the highest truth. When we let go of inhibitions we may start to see ourselves and all others from a place of love and compassion.
We drink our cacao by setting our intentions together as we raise the vibration of the individual and collective consciousness.
✺ Tribal Sounds Movement ✺
Maria will lead a guided drum movement exploration while offering the tribal rhythm of the shamanic drum that touches the soul deeply. You will be invited to move exactly as you are feeling within the moment trusting your inner guides.
This is a beautiful experience that takes us of our heads and into our hearts and bodies. As we step away from analytical thinking we have the opportunity to allow our lunar energies to flow freely.
Here you are free to be yourself, to express yourself, to communicate with yourself. We offer you a safe container in which you can access and bring forwards layers of yourself which have been dormant and are waiting to be brought to the surface.

Designer and artist, Lola is passionate about sustainability and ethical solutions. She loves nature and getting her hands dirty while creating art with plants and natural dyes. Lola believes that each hand dyed piece carries the energy of the plant and its protective power. By guiding Plant Dye Ceremonies, she receives great joy in seeing people get in touch with their inner children and exploring curiously while learning about the healing properties of plants.
✺ Maria ✺
Island girl at heart and owner of anthos wellness studio, Maria offers holistic practices combining yoga, sound and shamanic healing. Cacao is her soul medicine and the warmth of this powerful plant has given her more light and love in her path. In a world that is often disconnected and always moving so fast, Maria believes that as humans we are in need of a way to reconnect with ourselves and each other.
